C02 Blasting
Dry Ice Blasting is best for situations when you need to cleaning something without using water or moisture. Dry Ice Blasting uses rice-sized dry ice pellets, the solid form of carbon dioxide CO2 which are propelled at supersonic speeds onto the surface to be cleaned using high pressure air. Upon contact with the surface, the pellets transform directly from a solid into a gas to creating the cleaning process without using water or moisture.

Technology and equipment
To help return your area carpet to factory fresh as possible condition
- The force of the dry ice pellets hitting the surface, results in a process called thermo-shock. As the item surface temperature decreases, what is on the surface becomes brittle, enabling the dry ice particle to break up what is on the surface.
- The CO2 quickly returns to it's gas state, carbon dioxide, resulting in very little "cleaner" residue to clean up only the material that was on the surface.

- Dry Ice Blasting is non-abrasive, non-conductive and non-flammable, environmentally-friendly, containing no secondary material such as solvents or grit media like sand or pellets, or contaminated water or solvents.
- Since dry ice vaporizes up on impact, the process can be used to clean complicated cavities where typical grit blast materials can become logged and then need manual cleaning to get out
- Due to it's non-abrasive, non-flammable, non-conductive cleaning method, Dry Ice Blasting is the superior alternative to sand blasting, shot blasting, soda blasting, water blasting & chemical cleaning
- Approved for use in the food & pharmaceutical industry
- Approved by the FDA, EPA and USDA
- Items to be cleaned in-place, without time consuming disassembly
- Items can be cleaned without damaging active electrical or mechanical parts, or creating fire hazards
- Can be used to remove production residues, release agents, contaminants, paints, oils and biofilms
- Can be used to clean very delicate items without damaging their surfaces
- The Dry Ice Blasting process sets new standards in green cleaning
